On April 2, 2025, Agents with the Morgan County Sheriff's Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant on a residence in the 4800 block of Indian Hills Rd in Decatur.

During the search, agents located methamphetamine, marijuana, and various drug paraphernalia. 

Agents arrested:

Jeffery Michael Wallace, 62 of Decatur. He is charged with:

• 13A-12-212 Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine
• 13A-12-260 Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• 13A-12-214 Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree
• Bond $1,600.00

Robby Joe Shelton, 58 of Decatur. He is charged with:

• 13A-12-212 Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine
• 13A-11-9(a)(1) Loitering in a Drug House
• Bond $1,300.00

Demetra Marqueta Rodriguez, 55 of Hartselle. She is charged with:

• 13A-11-9(a)(1) Loitering in a Drug House
• Bond $300.00

Additional warrants and arrests are pending.

All were transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail.
