Sex Abuse of a Child less than 12 Arrest

On Wednesday, May 31, 2023 Deputy Sheriffs with the Morgan County Sheriff's Fugitive Unit executed a Grand Jury felony arrest warrant on Robert Curtis Harvell Sr, 75 of Somerville charged with:
13A-6-69.1 - Sex Offense-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years oldBond: $500,000.00
The charges stem from an investigation by our Criminal Investigation Division, assisted by the Morgan County Child Advocacy Center and Morgan County DHR.
The subject was transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail.
